(as a relative),

My brother was admitted to heartlands through a&e with a fractured hip he had his operation the next day after been admitted to ward 5 the care on ward 5 is excellent especially from sister shafine nurse Emily hcas Julie and Natalie and housekeeper Stella he’s now been moved to ward 9 but I will never forget the care he has had on 5 and so eternally grateful for the care and dignity received ward manager Gwen and her excellent team
