What I liked
Staff were caring and friendly at all times. A problem that arose whilst I was under general anaethestic was promptly dealt with and I have suffered after effects
What could be improved
The procedure (DCR) was not fully explained to me and I was never told that the stent and silicon tube would left in place for some 5 weeks
