About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a service user),

Experience unique as basically first time 

Staff. Very good in all aspects

Fabric of hospital requires some attention

Could revise method of information when discharging patients as bit lacking

but thanks for taking care of me from me and my family

Dear indigocx98,

Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback on care opinion. It must have been a worrying time coming in to hospital especially as this was your first experience and not knowing what to expect.

It is great to hear that you found the care and staff to be to be good. This is so important to you and your family.

Within the stroke unit we were fortunate to have received funding from our hospital volunteers to transform our corridor wall in to the road to recovery. This has famous Ayrshire landmarks along the wall with inspirational quoutes. I am aware though this is just one corridor and we would very much welcome any suggestions for improvement.
