"DAYCASE-ENT-BIOPSY"

From the time I was admitted at 1p.m. until my discharge around 2 and half hours later the staff where 100% caring and professional. As I was extremely nervous about going into hospital because of my treatment for the same minor surgery at a different trust (which took 12 hrs) I was pleasantly surprised when I was only in theatre for a short time, the surgeon and theatre staff made me feel so relaxed and talked me through everything they where going to do. I cannot thank everyone enough for their outstanding care and would never be nervous about coming to this hospital again. My greatest thanks go to everyone involved.
