Everything you's have done has been excellent.

Treated well by all staff.

Food great.

Wonderful cups of tea anytime.

Staff are chatty and make you feel at home.

Kept well informed at all stages of care by staff.

Thank you all very much for a wonderful service and looking after me throughout my stay here a 3E

Dear maytx54,

It is great to read your lovely comments in relation to your care. I am delighted you found the care to be excellent and the staff to be caring and ensuring you were fully informed. Communication is so important at a time that must be very frightening.

As someone myself who enjoys a cuppa I am delighted to hear you had "wonderful cups of tea anytime". Not sure what is in the tea but it definitely is part of the prescription!

We are fortunate to have an excellent on site catering team who will be pleased to hear you enjoyed the food.
