About: Waterloo Medical Centre

i have tried several times to book an appointment for when im not at work, only to be told to ring in the morning, sounds easy but i dont always seem to either get through or find myself not getting an appointment on perhaps the only day im off.i would like to know how i go about getting to see a doctor or do i sit and wait at the surgery all day until i see one??? your practice has gotten worse since i became a patient.

I am sorry that you have felt the service you have received isn't what you would have expected from Waterloo Medical Centre.

May we take this opportunity to let you know that there are other options for booking appointments via patient access or MyGP app https://www.ilovemygp.com/ where you can choose an appointment on a day or time suitable to your needs. There is also the opportunity of booking an appointment with the 7 day access service with a nurse or GP in the evening or at weekends including Sundays.

I would be happy to investigate your concerns from today if you would please contact the surgery.
