"With CGL's help I know I will succeed"

I have been addicted to crack cocaine and heroin for the last 8 years I started using cocaine around friends just to socialise, then it became every day, that's when I knew I was addicted and it was a problem.

I lost a lot along the way using cocaine things started happening slowly like spending most of my money not having money for gas, electric, food the most of all I lost my children and my home my mum and dad died then I became homeless, I started using heroin to come down from crack.  I got to like it,  that's when I knew I was in trouble because my body started to shut down and I was in pain.

Being on the streets was a big shock for me the only way to survive was to shop lift for my habit I used to spend over a 100 pound a day on drugs just to make sure I didn't get in pain this was a every day thing for 3 months on the streets it got to a point I was so so tied I just wanted help from anybody.

That's when I found out about CGL, that's change grow live. I have have been with CGL for 5 months now I think this service is great, the people there are so so helpful I have found my journey really good and for once in my life I feel I am starting to get somewhere in my life. I know I have a long way to go but I know with CGL's help I know I will succeed
