I arrived at 1,20 my appointment being 1.45 pm I found that an hour and a half of sitting in my wheelchair extremely uncomfortable and had my friend not gone up and asked how long due to me being diabetic I think we would have still been waiting !! The receptionist wasn't very helpful as she said its says up to 3 hours on the letter my friend looked and couldn't see it How unearth do you except people with eye sight problems to see it text needs to be much bigger !! she also pointed out that we could get lunch from the restaurant she neglected to tell us it shut at 3 and we literally had minutes (had we of known) It was closed when my friend and daughter went over !!
There was a really nice receptionist who offered a cup of tea (didn't accept as I was on last part of appointment) and gave me some biscuits/when you have other illness's you need to be prepared ie bring lunch with you !! I feel that the wait to actually been seen is so long and then you have 3 parts tests - see Dr and see nurse the wait in between is very long winded too !! For people who have brought loved ones who don't have a disable badge it can be very costly Parking in the Car Park and to top it all my whole appoint took 3 and a half hours !!!!!!
