"A & E visit 3/6/2019 1915 hrs"

Rang for advice ref eye problem and advised to come in for check up. On arrival , checked in with reception. after approx 10 minites seen by a triage nurse, Approx 20 mins later called for treatment and given after care cream and advice. Foreign body removed and pain relief given. The staff and Nurses are to be complimented on providing such an excellent service.

Thank you all, NHS is doing fine and deserves more thanks than it gets.
