"FIRST CLASS TREATMENT"

I had occasion to visit the A & E Department as a result of a head injury that had occurred two weeks previously. The Team were extremely busy but seemed to take everything in their stride. Once my name had been called I was treated by a very personable young man who was extremely courteous, friendly and one who put me at ease. The treatment by the nurses and doctors that I came in to contact with in A & E was outstanding. I was sent for a CT Scan to make sure that there was no bleeding around my brain. Again the staff were very friendly and courteous. It is unfortunate that I am unable to name the young man in A & E as I think he deserves especial mention for the way in which he dealt with me and my wife during our visit; he truly is a fine representative of his profession. I have nothing but praise for the James Paget Hospital Staff. Thank you!
