"Most awful customer service I have ever recieved."

I haven't even had my appointment yet, but on two occasions sorting out my appointments I have had the most awfully rude customer service down the phone. No Hello, how can I help you? Anything like that. You just instantly receive and moody rude person down the end of the phone who will raise their voice and put the phone down on you. This review has nothing to do with the staff other than the women down sorting out the appointments as I am sure the rest are lovely.

This women should not be working on the phones or within the NHS if she is so rude, I am not sure how she got the job quite frankly. I was not rude to initiate the response I got !!! Please be aware of of the poor service this person does.
