"Endoscopy procedure"

The procedure is very unpleasant but the staff made it bearable with their understanding and reassurance. The whole department was very efficient and the doctor put you at ease before you went to theatre, I can't praise the hospital enough. The NHS gets a lot of bad press, but Kingston hospital should get praise for the way they deal with patients in a timely and efficient manner. Please thank all the staff in the day surgery dept.
