The receptionists were excellent and greeted me in a friendly manner when I arrived.
My nurse Janet was perfect, and I mean perfect. She sensed that I was nervous and looked after me very well. The specialist nurse, Steph was then called and she too was very good, explaining everything clearly and telling me what the next step was. I cannot fault these two ladies.
There was one difficulty in that when the Doctor was taking my history they seemed to not understand what I was saying and kept saying... "What?"
I would not be afraid to go to this clinic again.
