"Good care but poor patient experience"

About: Manchester Royal Eye Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I experienced double vision and following telephone advice from the A&E doctor at the Alexandra I visited Manchester Eye Hospital.

I received excellent medical treatment. However, the whole 6 hour experience was a nightmare and was Kafkaesque. I had no idea who or when I would be seeing somebody.

I am a businessman with funds and I would like to work with you - at my expense - to improve your patient experience. Are you interested?
