My day care surgery Wednesday 5th June 2019

This feedback is long overdue !I have been attending St.Albans Day Surgery omissions, once a year for approx 5 years. Although I always fill in the questionnaire feedback before I leave the premises, I have never completed a review about my care on line.I wanted to thank all the nurses who have looked after me, my care has been truly wonderful. Before and after my surgery all the nurses are so attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and its always with a smile on their faces ! They are a true credit to their profession. We always have a laugh together and it always a pleasure to see their smiley faces each year I visit. I know I cannot name name names of the nurses who has been absolutely wonderful to me. I cannot thank them enough. They make me feel so special, but really it is the whole team who are so very special ! Thank you each and every one of you. John Carpenter
