About: Basildon and Thurrock University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

In December I was given a two week referral by my GP, for bowel cancer tests due to long wait between tests , consultant appointments , forgotten biopsy, it is now 5 months and my treatment has not started. What happened to the two month government guidelines.I have already complained to PALS who forwarded my complaint to the department to is looking after me

If you have not had a response from PALS or the relevant department, we would urge you to contact PALS again on 01268 394440 or email pals@btuh.nhs.us so they can investigate this further for you.
