"Extremely concerning."

About: Goodheart Surgery

I was referred by my doctor to Castle Hill, I asked to change my address to ENSURE I received my referral letter. I informed them that I would be moving doctors as I was now out of the catchment I just needed to change my address first with them as I was waiting for my referral letter. I was advised this was fine and filled out the relevant change of address form. No referral letter came and when I called to confirm my address had been changed I was told 'no because I'm no longer in the catchment area' NOBODY had called me to tell me this. My referral letter had been sent to my old address and the receptionist I spoke to still didn't give any resolution to how I find out when my appointment is, I was told she can only tell me when my appointment has been missed. My referral appointment was marked 'urgent and not to be delayed'. I find that for somebody to pick up my change of address form which had my contact number on it and not call me to tell me this cant be done unacceptable, especially given that I was waiting on such an important appointment. I have also never been able to get an appointment without ringing 50+ times continuously at 8am. Very concerning and I am looking forward to changing doctors.
