Went in for cyst removal with David and Lauriann. David and Lauriann were very good at settling nerves - chatty and funny but at all times professional. Experience was way above my expectations. Can't fault at all. Thank you.

Thank you very much for leaving such lovely feedback.

Lauriann and I try to keep an informal, friendly mood in the room in order to reduce anxiety levels, we find it helps most times, and I am delighted you appreciated it.

We hope everything continues to proceed as planned and you didn't find it too uncomfortable when the anaesthetic wore off.
