"Lyndon 5 ward is outrageous staff are rude"

About: Sandwell General Hospital / Neurology

When you try and speak the nurses and hcas on duty on Lyndon 5 the attitude is horrendous. They walk away when you are talking to them and when they do speak it’s damn right rude and no people skills. They have posters saying we treat you with respect which is a utter lie. The staff on the intensive care unit was amazing so maybe they need some training from them. Manners don’t cost anything and the senior nurses should have more respect they are the same as the rest.
