(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter is needle phobic so getting her school inoculations was always a struggle, and, unfortunately at year 8 the fear became too much, she couldn't manage to get them.

Bev worked with my daughter to ease her worries, regularly meeting with her to familiarise her with the process. Bev is going to arrange a home visit to see if that will ease the struggle.  Bev never gives up on her.
