About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Accident & emergency

(as a service user),

Attended this Department having injured my foot the night before. The nurse who attended to me was simply excellent: knowledgeable; got me a wheelchair as she saw I could not walk easily; called me Mr rather than the over familiar first name used by younger staff; did a thorough examination and actually listened to what I had to say; consulted with another member of staff before concluding the session with sound advice and referral to physio.
