"So many excuses"

Went to this place and didnt get seen all night long. Came in at 2 o'clock in the morning didnt get seen till 9 o'clock because apparently only 1 doctor on shift.  Then when my wee pregnancy test and blood test came back positive I have spoken to them on the phone to see what levels they are and was told to ring my doctor because they cant tell me. So I have rang my doctor today (baring in mind I went to the urgent care centre two days ago) my own gp has told me they haven't got my results even though there suppose to go through automatically on the system. So when I rang the urgent care centre back I felt I just got so many excuses and basically laughed at.  I have rights to check my HCG levels and they should have sent my information to my own doctors.
