Admitted for small surgery to BMI Thornbury Hospital via NHS.
The consultant was great, really appreciate his effort, but in my opinion the nursing care was shocking.
I could not believe my eyes when a nurse wrote my observations (blood pressure and pulse) into a chart without even checking them. She did not realise that I am an experienced nurse in NHS.
My overall experience of private hospital was very poor, I will definitely not pay privately to go there again.
I am considering making a formal complaint as this is a breach of duty of care.
