(as a service user),

every single interaction with their admin or phone staff has been poor.     simple repeat prescriptions have not been completed.   they dont seem to know where they went and these are for regular asthma and other conditions medication all on our patient details already.   different response every time I chase it.   we are looking elsewhere now for a family doctor.   no complaints about the doctors at all.   just their admin staff.
