Friendly, clean, efficient, welcoming, calm and delicious food. From outpatients appointment to day surgery, clear information given and personal attention to detail. Every member of the staff team put me at ease. They all worked well together and I felt very relaxed throughout the whole day. Before and after surgery everything was explained to me. There was no rush and plenty of time for questions. The physiotherapist spent a long time showing me how to mobilise and explaining exercises for post op. I was looked after with kindness by nurses, porters, tea and food people and the operating team. Thank you very much. I am already recommending Barlborough to anyone who needs Orthopaedic treatment. I felt that I was in safe hands and am very grateful.
