"I'm happy here"

About: Highbury Hospital / Cherry Ward

(as the patient),

I'm happy here, I find the staff really accommodating but they may not realise the impact of the constant bang, bang, bang, bang of the doors and the phone ringing has on my concentration, could something be done? When I'm on the payphone it's difficult.

I like to treat staff as I want to be treated myself. Diane is superb! She does lots of activities that hold your interest.

Good Morning,

Im pleased to hear that you like the ward and enjoying the activities we provide daily, are there any particular doors you could identify as a problem so I can look into this for you? We do mute the loud ringing system at night for the telephones but need to use it during the day as staff are out on the ward and can not hear the phones when the ward office is closed.

We appreciate how a busy ward impacts on our patients and do try to reduce noise levels where possible.

I would be more than happy to discuss this further with you if you wish.

Kind regards

Julie
