"made a bad situation feel good"

From the initial call to this unit I feel at ease and felt that I had been given all the information needed prior to the appointment. The nurse dealing with my case was friendly and made me feel as comfortable as I possibly could in that situation. The aftercare has been just as amazing and I can’t thank the staff enough. It can’t be easy for them to have to deal with hard cases but they handle everything well and reassure you in every way they can.
