I was so Mentally unwell and confused by my Depression which was taking Control of my Life I wasn,t fully aware of how Ill I was. I called Dr. Blair at Wellway Health Centre .
He was kind Caring and had Time to Listen to me . Most importantly he believed me and explained how my Depressive distorted view of life was affecting me. He put me in Contact with Talking Matters Northumberland.
They kept in Contact with me found the right course of Therapy for me and Introduced me to Alistair a Recovery Coach . He was a Kind reasurring Gentleman and together we Planned my Road to Recovery. This was a Life saving and Life changing Journey for me.
Now six months later I am back at work HAPPI and got lifes sparkle back.
I cannot Thank the NHS Dr Blair , Alistair and Katie of TMN enough for their Care and Understanding during my Mental Crisis.
I have told my little story to try to help people suffering from Depression ,that there is Love Kindness and understanding waiting to help them at the NHS and TMN.
