"Really good experience with one downfall"

Had my consultation here at the end of April 2019 for a breast augmentation with a surgeon. Admin Staff and the surgeon himself were really nice and helpful and explained everything to me thoroughly. Surgery went really well and was looked after well by an HCA who was lovely and put me at ease whilst going under anaesthetic. She showed compassion and generally cared. All in all the whole experience was a good one however reception staff can often be extremely rude, disrespectful and are not as compassionate as the other staff and that would be the only downfall to this clinic.
