My father was referred to A&E by his doctor due to jaundice, because ultra sound scans of his liver were unclear. when he got there he spoke to a doctor they did some tests and send him home for a 2 week wait after waiting 5 weeks to be referred to the hospital.
The reason this is an issue is because my father has a history of cancer and if he does have cancer then making him wait for an MRI sounds like a really bad idea to me.
Disgusting.
