About: Queen Charlotte's Hospital / Maternity

Looking to move hospitals. Very dirty toilets. 5 members of staff sitting at the reception desk and ignoring me even though it wasn't busy. Two chatting, three looking down and not making eye contact. It's impossible to get through to anyone and no-one seems to know how to get you to the right person. Staff complaining publicly about other members of staff in front of you. Really unclear directions to first appointments.

When you're told you'll be contacted you're not. The sonogropher I saw for my first scan (first baby) was incredibly rude and abrupt. Quite upsetting really. She got annoyed the baby was with its back to the camera and snapped at me to relax (when I was but I was moved by seeing my baby for the first time). Horrible experience.
