I had to speak to a member of the secretarial team to deal with a query
I had with an appointment to see a consultant . The lady who dealt with my query was courteous and helpful . She wanted to sort out my query and said she would actually chase it up and get back to me The NHS often gets a bad press but it is the people who are often on low wages who often offer the best service
They are not recognised for their continuing dedication to the patients in whatever capacity they work in the hospital So a huge thank you to you all especially the lady who dealt with my query effectively and efficiently.
