"The best of care"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as the patient),

I had some food stuck in my throat which needed removed by surgery. I have received the best of care from everyone from nurse to doctor and anaesthetist.  

Special mention to heather my nurse and to Stewart my doctor.

Dear Ghillie1,

I am sorry you needed an operation, but very glad your care team helped so much. I would imagine this must have been quite a scary thing to experience but made better by how you felt about everyone who looked after you. I will pass this on for all in the team to see, but particularly for Heather and Stewart.
