"calling Elvis"

I have been with Chelston hall surgery since my previous surgery merged in 2000. The treatment I have received has been first class BUT to make an appointment via the phone is like trying to contact Elvis... impossible. So we wait outside the surgery at 08:30 in all weathers to be told all the appointments for that day are gone!!! As for trying to see the same doctor for an ongoing problem , mission impossible. Very frustrating.
