What I liked

I took my 84 year old Mother to an Ophthalmology Outpatient appointment.

We were both really impressed with the speed withing which she was seen and the way staff worked together.

The Consultant she saw explained things very clearly; always spoke directly to my Mother, and had a very kind manner.
