"Pathetic"

About: Burnley General Hospital / Pain Management

I've been under the pain management devices at Burnley for 2 years now and I have to say they have been useless. I have not had any help what so ever with helping me deal with my chronic pain after a car accident. Most recently I had an appointment with the phsyo therapy section who suggested several things I have already tried and didn't even try moving my wrist, and to my shock this morning I got a call as I was waiting for another appointment to say that I was being discharged and that they are canceling my appointment that was for next week. I told the lady nicely that I couldn't speak as was being called into my other appointment and asked her to call me back at 1pm. Its now 2.30 and haven't received another call. I am very very disappointed with how I have been treated by the service and as a young person I am now being left without any support and nowhere or turn too. Very very upset with how my case has been handled.
