My sincere thanks to the two wonderful Radiologists that took such care of me yesterday, May 16th, during my procedure. They were introduced to me by name which I ALWAYS find a huge plus and were so kind and gave me information all the way through the time I was with them and answered all my questions. They couldn't have been more mindful of my dignity and it was great to see them working together as a team to expedite the procedure safely and quickly. Much respect to them both and I think I was very lucky to have been looked after by both of them. It is so much better to be able to go to WCH for appointments and not have to trudge up to RCH Truro which always seems to be over subscribed with long waits. Many thanks again.

(The CT X-ray dept is not on your list so have chosen the Gastrointestinal service which covers why I was there for the procedure).

Dear Sue,

Thank you for your very kind feedback about your experience in our X-Ray department at West Cornwall Hospital.

As the Hospital Manager it makes me feel extremely proud of the hospital and staff when I hear such positive feedback.

We pride ourselves in being able to provide services closer to peoples homes, meaning the journey to appointments is much closer and negates the need to travel long distances to other sites.

I will certainly make sure I share your feedback with the department and do hope that your are recovering well.
