The service provided used to be brilliant, I have been under eastglade for a long time about 14 years. There used to be alot of support offered in different areas but now the staff don't seem to care any more and just want go get rid of you as quick as possible. When your really struggling and screaming for help the staff don't listen and just send you away. I would not recommend eastglade to anyone that needs help as the staff just don't care anymore.
