"300 phone calls to get an appointment!!!"

I once rang every single day from 8am until 8.30am and still never managed to get an appointment for my son. I also tried to get an appointment to discuss an X-ray I’d had, couldn’t get through so the receptionist read out the notes only X-ray to me which included the notes of “ring patient to secure an appointment” the receptionist with absolutely no medical training or knowledge told me about the problems highlighted on my X Ray!!! I have terrible problems ever getting to see anyone!!!
