"Difficult to get continued care"

There is a massive failing of communication at this surgery.Difficult to get appointments by phone, requested on-line booking twice but still haven’t received it. Put in a repeat prescription request but not informed that they were not going to fill it. Only when I chased this up was I told that I need to see a doctor first but given limited availability and the difficulty in obtaining appointments- I have now not had my regular medication for over a week. Not patient focused at all.

Please let us know who you are and we can have a look to see what in our system has failed you. We are experiencing difficulties in recruiting new GPs and we are all under a great seal of stress due to this understaffing. We are doing our best to rectify that situation but there just aren't enough qualified staff who want to work in Berkshire.
