"Waiting for test"

my wife needed allergy tests, once requested it took a year and half to get a response. Despite lots of phone calls once she did receive the letter, denying the allergies test , this was due to not doing allergy test for sticky eyes. Obviously this was not the reason we needed allergy tests and she did not have sticky eyes. Now my wife would rather suffer than put any trust in this gp surgery. This is not what you should expect from a service. Would not recommend this surgery
