"Excellent care"

I was very grateful to the three staff I saw (over three appointments) to treat a painful infection. I was given generous time with the consultant, provided with treatment, painkillers and a cream. The consultant arranged a further check up appointment and arranged for a phone call to check on me in between. I felt very genuinely cared for. I appreciated being given extensive advice on self care and how to manage the situation in the future. The person-centered professional manner of the three doctors I saw made a potentially embarrassing consultation feel dignified at all times, including during examination. Thank you.
