"Avoid reception staff are abrupt and ignorant"

The reception staff at this surgery are very abrupt and rude and look down on you they speak to you like your filth this is unacceptable and needs to be addressed to the nhs of ombudsmen and that’s the next step to take I urge every one affected by this to complain and take further. I most importantly want to add that the Gp doctors and nurses are amazing and not the problem here it’s just the reception staff I mean common sense is one but attitude is another down fall but please allow me to give a 5 star rating to the doctors and nurses who make a difference and save lives.
