"reception is annoying"

i went to this surgery to register last week, the first person i spoke to was a young man he was very polite and helpful,he gave me the necessary forms and answered my questions very professionally. when i returned the forms i spoke to a women. she was not as welcoming or as helpful as her colleague, she spoke to me as if i was an inconvenience and an annoyanceshe wouldnt even look at me when she spoke.

.this was not a very nice way to be introduced to the surgery as a new patient. it doesnt fill me with confidence about the way i will be treated in future.
