"Impossible to make an appointments"

Could someone please look into how appointment system operates? All the patients have to ring at 8am if they need an appointment to see the doctor. The phone is constantly busy until 8.45 when finally the receptionist answers, she tells us sorry all the appointments are gone, no future appointments are given On 25th April, I had a call from the receptionist, she asked me to call the surgery on 30 April cos the doctor wants to speak to me over the phone regarding my X-ray. I have been ringing since 8 but as usual the line is constantly busy and finally at 8.45 I got through. the receptionist told me sorry, no appointments or phone consultation for today. she did not offer future appointment or phone consultation. she asked me to ring again on Thursday and I know this cycle will continue. Whoever is in charge, should look into how the appointment system works, I am a stroke survival and need to see the doctors often but it is impossible to see the doctors. Please, please sort the appointment system out, there should be an easy access to see our GPs. I just tried booking an appointment online but no appointments available online either,
