About: Trafford General Hospital

I was sent to urgent care yesterday due to back and chest pain. In all honesty I was not expecting to be seen quickly as I know resources are stretched. However within 5 minutes of being asked to sit in reception I was sent through for an ECG. I would like to praise the 2 nurses and doctor that I saw as they were very nice and had a caring and cheerful manner. I think it is important to complain when things are wrong but also to give credit to people who evidently work very hard in difficult circumstances. These people are very much appreciated- thank you.
