"Dont hold your breath"

I was referred to these doctors when I tried to harm myself,

I tried to get some help because I have two sons that might need me to be around slightly longer. . The first consultation I was told I would be referred to the crisis team, they forgot to do that. The third time I went back I was advised that I needed stronger medication but we had to take my BP beforehand.

On walking out with prescription in hand I reminded the doctor to take my BP. I then went back in November 2018 and was given an anxiety exercise to do and told that I would be sent sleep therapy techniques by the trainee doctor.

I was told I would be seen early in the new year being 2019. We are now in May 2019 and I am still waiting.

Have received nothing and am still waiting for my post as well as my next appointment.

I battle daily and feel that the doctors there are to earn their money and cant wait to get you out.....
