The room for therapy at Cantley medical centre was far back from main reception when there are closer alternatives for disabled users.
Caused more pain and discomfort to get to with aid.
The room was very small hunched over a coffee table to look at work.
Not suitable for disability aids.
Chairs small and not comfortable.
The talk therapy was good but I explained I had physical disabilities writing form filling etc but that work was given to me.
I explained I got brain fog due to some conditions regarding form filling also mental block but was still expected to ‘try’ I felt not believed - even my Son has helped me do this!
I don’t think it’s suitable to disabilities only how you feel about disability.
I got help phoning to cancel after trying to work through distress and no one answered 23/05/19 no answer phone service to leave message.
We emailed but don’t know if it’s been read.
Anyway not going back now and want my contacts removed. Don’t want phoning thanks.
