"Welcoming Practice"

I had to move my parents from out of town to Harlow which in turn meant I had to find a new doctors.

I visited several practices in town and one of the Doctors surgeries I visited actually tutted at me and said we have 15,000 patients which I thought to be rude.

When I visited Sydenham house (which to be honest I did not know a lot about, other than the reviews not being outstanding on the website),

I was pleasantly surprised.

I was greeted by a very happy and helpful receptionist who guided me through the process.

Once my parents were registered I rang at 8 in the morning and they were given an appointment that day. When my parents went to the doctors again the receptionists were welcoming and very pleasant.

The Doctor was extremely helpful and understanding.

Therefore I feel this practice deserves a 5 star review as most people will only leave a review if negative.
