"Reception staff amazing but Some doctors don’t..."

The receptionists have been extremely helpful but the doctors not so. We have been here a few times over the years and it depends which doctor you get as to who will listen. There is one doctor in particular who is extremely unhelpful when we have an issue. Just fobs us off and leaves us to sort out whatever care we need. There was an incident where my daughter had contracted an illness but no one told us until we had a letter from the council saying she had it. So obviously serious enough for the council to know but not us. I also have lumps in my armpit which because it could be silicon they are refusing to help because it’s all down to money. I have been left to try and find things out myself which is extremely stressful and I’m just hitting my head against a brick wall. No one wants to help.
